A proposed bill seeks to give veterans the option to choose to receive communication from the VA through email instead of by postal mail.
The new GI Bill law put a cap on the amount of tuition the GI Bill would pay a private college. For students who were accepted or enrolled in a private college prior to the date of signing, January 4th, 2011, a new bill protecting them was passed. The cap will not apply to these students.
